Surrounded by woods and moors, the estate extends over 250 hectares, 27 of which are devoted to vineyards, in a natural setting of hillsides 14 km southwest of Carcassonne. The vines flourish thanks to a warm and temperate climate as well as the winds coming from the ocean. Our know-how combined with a variety of grape varieties, manual harvesting of certain plots, traditional vinification and maturation in oak barrels, allow us to create sincere wines (white, red and rose) with a beautiful balance between wood and fruit.
