At Domaine Riberach, we believe that great wine begins in the vineyard. Our artisanal vinification process avoids technological interventions, ensuring that our wines reflect the true essence of the land. We are committed to Agro-Ecology, producing wines without pesticides, herbicides, or synthetic products. Our fermentation process is spontaneous, and we do not use any chemical corrections during vinification. We limit the use of sulphites to maintain the purity of our wines.

Our vineyards span 12 hectares of organically cultivated land nestled between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. This unique location benefits from abundant Catalan sunshine and diverse geological features, contributing to the complexity of our high-altitude wines. The Tramontane winds that sweep through our vineyards help create wines with a distinct and precise character.

A surprising and magical place. The staff's attention, the rooms, activities like yoga and the quality of their restaurants. They also make a great effort to offer everything in a sustainable way. We will return without hesitation, it has been truly therapeutic. Oh, and the spa is very well organized and safe.

Pleasant stay for the fourth time in this establishment. The gourmet meal was top notch, special mention for the grandmother's vegetables. Small disappointment, I expected a little attention for my birthday. Roberto

Great experience at the Domaine, the best restaurant we've had so far! A real treat from start to finish, with excellent service. Lovely breakfast with homemade products and a very warm welcome. The visit to the cellar and the tasting were great. Just a little disappointed by the coffee machine and the room which wasn't very well cleaned and where we had to screw in the bedside lamps. Otherwise everything was perfect, thank you!

we were satisfied with our stay, the restaurant is welcoming and the surprise menu delighted us with its refinement and originality. The room set up in ancient vats is a suite with terrace, spacious and well equipped, it is very comfortable. The breakfast is up to the restaurant. The wine safari was very interesting, Raquel made us discover unsuspected historical sites with the good humor and the chaos of more than improbable routes before concluding with a tasting of the organic wines of the cellar! Fortunately the sauna and the spa brought us back on track. And a special note to the hostesses who showed constant attention. THANK YOU. to do and do again!
