A Historic Vineyard in Pouilly-sur-Loire

Domaine Roger Pabiot is situated in a region steeped in history, once known as “Pauliacum super fluvium ligerim.” Since the 5th century, the vineyards of Pouilly-sur-Loire have flourished, benefiting from a unique terroir rich in minerals. The estate's 22 hectares feature sandy terraces, flint clays, and hard limestones, providing the perfect environment for cultivating exceptional Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Founded in the 19th century, Domaine Roger Pabiot has been passed down through five generations of the Pabiot family. The winery's story began with Gustave and his son Roger, who together laid the foundation for a legacy of quality winemaking that continues to this day.
