I was also at the celebration on 19/5/2019 here.. I knew it through the taste of the wonderful wines from yesterday, I know them through their humanity and how they know what an open invitation to a celebration means. An exception for no one, everyone is the same, too many people... Simple people, that makes the difference in everything.. That roasted lamb, which was for all of us to taste, I don't know, but in Crete the custom tells the company that for the lamb to be tasty, it needs to be stolen!!!! Big thumbs up to all the contributors of this event..But also thumbs up to the orchestra for the choices and the fun they raised. It's sure next year again..
