They have revitalized old vineyards to honor the region's natural beauty, employing a blend of traditional and modern viticulture practices. The historic structure of Fuentes del Silencio Winery dates back to the 1900s and has been beautifully restored.
Miguel has breathed new life into this old family estate, using time-honored traditions to create a modern winery. He has rejuvenated the ancient vineyards with innovative cultivation techniques, reflecting the rich history and culture of the winemaking family. Fuentes del Silencio Winery is proud to be a member of Grandes Pagos de España, a non-profit organization that unites 29 prestigious wineries across Spain.

Grapes of Distinction: Mencia, Prieto Picudo, and Alicante Bouschet

At Fuentes del Silencio, the owners cultivate a variety of grapes in their restored vineyards, including high-quality Mencia, Prieto Picudo, and Alicante Bouschet, as well as some Palomino vines. The vines benefit from the refreshing breeze of the Jamuz River and the region's ideal climate. After harvesting, the winery produces an array of delightful red, white, and rosé wines, all labeled under the DO regions of Valle Del Jamuz.

Highly recommended to visit the winery. We made the visit to Discovering Fuentes del Silencio, where first they took us to the vineyard and finally in the winery itself we tasted their wines accompanied by a spectacular and abundant snack of local sausages. A very pleasant experience.

A show for your senses!! 100% recommended Alberto, the winery's viticulturist and lover of wine, the vineyards, the land, explains to you, from his perspective, everything they do within that small winery. When something is done with passion, great things come out, and something that started in a garage becomes a range of spectacular wines that leave you speechless. Don't stop trying them! The winery is small, but very beautiful! It shows that the owners put a lot of attention into the details. The visit was perfect, and my entire family really enjoyed both the "tasting" and all the knowledge that Alberto gave us without avoiding a single question. More than 3 hours of knowledge, debate, and testing almost all their products. It's nice when they receive you this way! We can only thank you for everything!
