I came to visit the cellar and left with some bottles. It's not very original, but that's not my usual practice. If you take the time to read the explanations, you'll want to taste everything. And that's good, it's possible! You might not necessarily taste everything, but you can. The tour of the winery is worth the detour. You can feel that these are people who are passionate about what they do.

Excellent winehouse with (free) acces to the cellar. Thomas was an excellent tasting host and presented the wines with flair and passion. Bought a few boxes of wine and I know that I will be sorry that I did not buy more!

We came there by chance and we are very glad we were there. We visited the winery and were able to taste the wine from this winery. The tasting was conducted with great interest and attention. We were captivated by all the knowledge of this lady, who passionately explained to us the difference in the aromas of the various grape varieties. She really took the time and it was much appreciated. We will be back.

We went to Adam's a good two weeks ago based on a recommendation. We were looked after by a very friendly and customer-oriented lady who was happy to let us try it. We then bought the famous Kaeferkopf, among other things. We also had a Cremant and a couple of bottles of Pinot Gris. Finally, a gin and a cherry brandy, because everything tasted so good. While our order was being packed, we were allowed to look at the wine cellar next door. That was a good way to pass the time. Adam's large courtyard in front of the shop is also very practical for driving up there with the camper van and loading up. Back home, we have already tried the Cremant and are just as impressed as before. I think we will try ordering wine from there and having it sent to us.
