Domaine Sylvie Fahrer & Fils has been crafting exceptional Alsace wines since 1932, proudly representing four generations of dedicated winegrowers. Nestled in the picturesque heart of the Alsace Wine Route, our family-run estate spans 11 hectares of vineyards in the charming communes of Saint-Hippolyte and Rorschwihr. In 2011, Raphaël, the fourth-generation winemaker, joined the family business, emphasizing sustainable practices that honor our terroirs, traditions, and the environment. We achieved organic certification in 2021, reflecting our commitment to quality and sustainability.
At Domaine Sylvie Fahrer & Fils, we cultivate the seven noble grape varieties of Alsace: Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Chasselas. Our portfolio includes crémants, rosé wines, special cuvées, and a variety of other delightful wines crafted from our own grapes. We invite you to experience our estate through guided tours, tastings, and stays in our cozy guest rooms, where you can learn more about our winemaking process and the unique characteristics of our wines.
Please note that the tour involves stairs. Tickets are complimentary for children under 18. Buses from Sélestat and Colmar provide convenient access to our winery; feel free to reach out for more information.

Quiet place, in a beautiful setting, with a perfect location to visit many of the villages of Alsace. The breakfast was very good, and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.

We stayed at a B&B in the area after visiting the Colmar Christmas market and were thrilled to find this lovely winery just down the road!! Clarisse welcomed us for a tasting, providing recommendations based on each of our preferences and describing the history of the family-run vineyard. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the wines were delicious! Would love to come back to stay here or take a guided tour of the winery at some point. Thanks again very much to Clarisse for her kindness and hospitality!

The family room we took is simple but very clean, the staff is very nice and gives you places to eat well for example. The breakfast is simple but good. PS: ⚠️the payment of the room is done in cash or by check for better management of the accounting. I recommend 👍 👍 👍
