Very nice winery, the tasting was excellent. They also press olive oil there. They also have a hazelnut plantation and make a hazelnut cream...10x better than Nutella.

A particularly successful event: a tour of the wine cellar, the union of barriques and the latest technology, and tastings of Vermentino, Trebbiano Spoletino and Saudade, accompanied by seasonal tastings with a soft jazz background! Three generations in this cellar: grandfather, father and the current owner Paolo. Entrepreneurship and professionalism cannot be improvised: they are handed down with passion and love, they are always cultivated and refined, as has happened here!

Great wine selection, friendly hosts, and they also make delicious homemade nocciola cream.

We’ve been coming here since discovering their wines in 2022. Valentina is a lovely host, and Paolo makes great wines. Whether you like white, rose, or red wines, there is surely something you will enjoy here. The new tasting room is beautiful, and the wines are lovely. Absolutely recommend for trying a variety of Umbrian wines without hesitation.

Fantastic winery! I couldn't believe the amount of work that goes into the process of wine making. There are MANY different amazing wines to choose from at Le Cimate; something for everyone. Not to mention they make olive oil and chocolate. My favorite part of the entire experience was that the owner himself led our wine tasting.

Very nice winery and good visiting center. Seems a bit less commercial than others. Family business and made for families to enjoy. Good access from road.

Today we were in this winery, what can I say. I'll start with the people, the owner is a fantastic person. You can see that he loves his job, so he really passed on this passion to us. Then we go to the wine, very good. Wines that do not look out of place with more famous wineries/grapes. A gem, the hazelnut cream! Top! Finally, I'll say that the price for the bottles and for the tasting are excellent.

Great cellar and great wines. The owner tells his story with great passion, which makes the visit particularly enjoyable. Try the tasting, in addition to the wines you will also taste a really delicious chocolate spread, obviously made by them. Definitely worth further visits.

Excellent welcome and hospitality from the young owners with clear ideas and precise objectives, already from the first tastings of their wines (about ten), we understood the competence and passion that characterize the production. Le Cimate is a company with considerable growth potential, dictated by the determination to offer a high quality of wines that best reflect the aromas and flavors of the ancient Umbrian land, with that desire for innovation and experimentation that leads to daring alternative choices characterized by a notable technical depth, all without descending to sterile commercial compromises. In the company you can have lunch tasting local products (the cold cuts of their own production are excellent).
