Beautifully situated on the hills of Parma, Guardasone di Traversetolo, Oinoe – La Città del Vino, relishes the name of the famous food valley. The winery boasts a microclimate where the staff produces both native and international vines. The cellar is a house of several organic products, grown on 14 hectares in the southern part of Traversetolo hills, next to a perennial pond.
The Winery Offering a Big Portfolio of Great Wines
The winery covers an area of 32 hectares, out of which 21 hectares of land are dedicated to vineyards. In the vineyards, the company grows a broad range of grapes, including Malvasia, Lambrusco Maestri, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Barbera, and Bonarda. They also grow rich-quality Moscato Bianco, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon in the DOC Colli di Parma. The owner ensures that the aromas and flavors of the vines must remain intact. The company also does rotational cultivation of hay and chickpeas.

The Cerioli Family owns the winery, and with best interests and love for nature, they have been operating from the past 20 years. The owners pay undivided attention to several production cycles, ranging from processing the land to pruning, to harvesting and various other indispensable stages. The production staff does manually handpick of grapes to ensure only the best bunch of grapes is collected for producing wines. The company produces 15 types of wines in total, which include red, white, and rose wines. In the Emilia IGP region, they also deliver luscious dessert and sparkling wines.
