As an ONAV wine taster I can say that this is one of the most interesting guided tours and tastings in Puglia. The museum is unique and the tasting is excellent. You must try the Primitivo Dolce DOCG Madrigale!

Did a great tasting of four wines at no charge and bought a few bottles you can order for international shopping online, all the primitivos were fabulous the top riserve is very strong at 16% you can really taste it on the finish so for those who prefer more subtle go for the slightly lower riserve

If you are in Salento, a visit to this winery is a memory that will stay with you. It is the oldest in Puglia and you can immerse yourself in the past in its museum. The best moment comes with the very well-guided tasting to discover the Primitivo, the sommelier is very good and answers many curiosities about other vineyards as well. We buy wines of absolute value.

Winegrowers' cooperative. Offers wine tastings and wine purchases. It's possible to buy wine boxes at the pump. A small museum is also open upon reservation. The rooms are housed in the cooperative's former concrete vats. The museum tour concludes with a tasting accompanied by a few appetizers.

Unique experience, absolutely worth trying! We booked the guided tour of the museum with tasting. The museum is only accessible with a guided tour, while the sales point is always accessible. Great competence of the sommelier who accompanied and guided us on this journey through the history of primitive wine. The place is suggestive: the ancient underground cisterns have been transformed into rooms to host the exhibition. The visit was well attended and well structured. The final tasting of the wines is something unique: from the whites to the sensational Madrigale, passing through the Primitivo DOC in its variants, always accompanied by the professionalism and kindness of the sommelier and obviously excellent cold cuts and cheeses. In total the visit lasts at least 1 hour and a half but even 2, depending on the questions and discussions. Definitely worth trying and repeating.

Not only excellent quality wines, but also a journey into the history of the oenology of Primitivo di Manduria and the civilization of the Messapian city. The tour in the ancient underground tanks is beautiful, as is the moment of tasting not to be missed. Truly incredible experience. Katia is very, very good, very knowledgeable and engaging both as a sommelier and a guide.

The best place in town to taste and experience authentic Primitivo di Manduria. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend the museum tour with guide followed by their wine tasting. All of their wines are excellent. My personal favourite is Elegia.

Interesting experience both for the ancient peasant traditions and for the tasting. The structure is accessible to all even in the old wine maturation tanks. Mrs. Katia was a very helpful and kind guide who allowed us to discover many wines of the production. Excellent experience.

The wine is delicious - if you like Primitivo. But there were other ones too.

The museum is very interesting. Competent and engaging staff (multi-language) guides you towards an awsome tasting experience. Wines for different budgets, price is related to the refining process. Excellent "Primitivo di Manduria" Aka Lirica Elegia & Madrigale

Just drop by spontaneously and let yourself be convinced by the typical regional grape varieties during a free tasting. You can also book guided tours through the winery. We dropped by at short notice, however, and were surprised at how naturally we were allowed to try the wines. The service staff were able to help us in English without any problems. The wines can then be taken away directly from the winery in any container. Payment was also possible by card and the prices were absolutely reasonable for buying directly from the producer.

This is a cooperative. They have wines for all budgets and bulk wines also. Puglia is no longer just a land of red wines. There are unique white and rosato wines. But you come for the primativo.

Fantastic experience. We arrived without knowing that we needed to book a guided tour with tasting (EURO 10.00). When we spoke to one of the attendants, she spoke to the manager of the place on the phone, who kindly gave us a quick but VERY INTERESTING tour of the museum. Her perfect English allowed us to learn a little about the history of wine in the Manduria region. I recommend it.

Nice atmosphere. It seems typical for Italians to take 3 liters of wine from the tap. Wine tasting with beautiful wine packaging. Staff friendly, but somewhat disorganized.

We found the wine tasting experience 10/10, booking was really easy and good communication. There was a little confusion at first when we arrived, lost in translation or we didn't give enough information. but was rectified very quickly by the staff. I think it was Catia who gave us the (second ) wine tasting. She was excellent and very knowledgeable. The museum was very interesting and was great to hear about the history of the wines in the area.

Very successful tour and wine tasting. We received a warm welcome after registering by phone (very welcome). Our guide spoke excellent German and had extensive background knowledge of wine production. It was a very nice experience for us and, as I said, the guide was fabulous.
