Azienda Vinicola Rivera: A Legacy of Quality

Established in the late 1940s by Sebastiano de Corato, Azienda Vinicola Rivera has been a beacon of quality winemaking in the Castel del Monte area of Puglia. Recognizing the region's exceptional viticultural potential, Sebastiano laid the foundation for a winery that would thrive for generations. In the early 1980s, his son Carlo introduced innovative practices that further enhanced the vineyards and winemaking techniques. Today, the winery is proudly managed by Carlo's sons, Sebastiano and Marco, representing the third generation of this family-run estate.

The wines reflect the rich character of native grape varieties and the unique terroir of the region.

These grapes are used to produce an array of wines, including red, white, rosé, and dessert options, each with its own distinctive flavor profile. Rivera's wines are recognized under several appellations, such as Castel del Monte DOC, Primitivo di Manduria DOC, Salice Salentino DOC, Locorotondo DOC, Moscato di Trani DOC, Salento IGT, and Puglia IGT.
