Welcome to Venturini Baldini, where you can enjoy a guided tasting tour of our acclaimed sparkling wines and balsamic vinegars. Since 1976, we have been dedicated to crafting organic premium sparkling wines and balsamic vinegars in the picturesque hills of the Terre di Canossa in Emilia-Romagna.
Our estate, nestled in the Apennine foothills of Matilde di Canossa, spans 130 hectares and exclusively produces estate-grown organic wines. Sample our celebrated Lambrusco and sparkling wines, along with unique still wines made from indigenous grape varieties. Our Acetaia, a 17th-century vinegar factory, is the oldest in the region and houses over 400 ancient wooden barrels, where we create the exquisite "Oro Nero," our traditional balsamic vinegar.
During your tasting tour, enjoy local delicacies such as Parmigiano Reggiano, while learning about the traditional methods used in crafting our sparkling wines and balsamic vinegars. I had the pleasure of having dinner here, it was a very pleasant and interesting experience. Extensive and first-class wine list. The menu proposal combines taste and research, it is definitely an experience worth trying. In addition to a more classic offer, a very refined, varied and highly interpreted selection of dishes is available, which changes and evolves throughout the year. The service is impeccable and friendly, the location is truly spectacular from the outside and with interesting design options inside, it is actually a reinterpretation of a winter garden (hence the lemon house) with a lot of taste.

For a weekend immersed in the nature of the Reggio Emilia Apennines (beautiful), I chose to stay at the property and found myself in an enchanting place, immersed in the tranquility of the greenery. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Feeling at home and being pampered like this is rare. Well done. The cuisine of the Limonaia restaurant (tasting menu "Domani"), the wine list and the visit with tasting at the old Canossa vinegar factory stand out. Superb. A big thank you to everyone for their hospitality. I will be back as soon as possible.

Great soul funk pop music by the Chilean-Reggiano David Estrada quartet in this prestigious estate part of the Mercoledi' Rose' and in Rosa 🌹. Great bio-wines with street food the Emilian way complete the elegant farm ambience. Smart people around. Ample space on lawn pic-nic style or with a more traditional tables & chair setting. This has been my choice for my 60th birthday, and I guess also yours for a different evening with friends in grand class. Superb.
