We had booked a lunch and wine tasting for 4 people. What we received was so much more than that – it was a family welcoming with excellent service and food. First the service and wine tasting aspect. The woman guiding us gave such personality to her descriptions as she went. She was always referring to what Mama liked and wanted and didn’t like and want. It gave great personality to the descriptions. She was also very knowledgeable about the wines and how they compared to other wines of the world. We expect that an upscale winery, what was not expected was how good the quality of the food was for a lunch. Each wine brought a new course and with each one our foursome was even more impressed. The chef here could go it alone as a restaurant even without the wine sampling. Then, as we were waiting our final course and wine, who should show up at the table to great us but Mama herself. A charming woman who also knows her wine. We were the last table to empty from the lunch offering and went through the building to our car. Sitting there as we left was the entire team sitting down for a glass of wine and a lunch for themselves. What a perfect place.

We had an amazing cooking class at Tili 21 - so much fun. We made beautiful pasta, meatballs, and tozzetti with Maria. The views are amazing and the food and wines were delicious. Grazie mille.

We visited Tili and were very satisfied with the visit! At our appointment at 9am we were greeted by Giulia who showed us the cellar and presented her reality! From there we went by car to a small wood not far away where we started a pleasant truffle hunt with Dodo and Annalaura, a very nice activity and with quite a lot of prey 😋 When we went to their tasting room we were entertained by Pietro with whom we had a long and very pleasant conversation and who explained to us the origin of their surname! We tasted two whites, a rosé and three reds, divided between starter, first course and second course! I can only praise the visit and recommend it! 🙂

Very pleasant experience, excellent wines (the Young with its superb aroma), good cured meats and cheeses, friendly and easy-going people... definitely worth it!

Maria, her daughter and her helpers were all wonderful! We had a great cooking class and the food was delicious! The view is spectacular! They have very good olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and the wine drinkers really enjoyed one of their white wines and their rosé. We spent quite a few hours there and enjoyed every minute! If you are in the area and are looking for an Italian cooking experience, look no further! ❤️❤️❤️

A Beautiful Place

Very interesting tasting experience. An enchanting place run by passionate and competent people. We tasted excellent wines, accompanied by carefully selected and expertly prepared dishes. Some products are homemade and are exquisite. Mrs. Maria and Annalaura were excellent hosts and explained to us in a clear and understandable way the wines they let us taste and their company philosophy. The prices of the wines are honest and it is really worth buying them. Highly recommended experience!

Fantastic experience. Agree the video can be shortened to ten minutes but the walk through the olive trees with explanation of how to make olive oil was enchanting. The pairings were delicious and the family is so educational on wine and oil. Highly recommend!!

I liked it a lot, I booked the tasting of their cheeses and wines, precisely Tili vini company, in the 18 euros per person were included tastings of 5 wines, 4 types of cheese accompanied by fig jam, 2 bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and a farro salad, always of their production, with cherry tomatoes and rocket, all delicious. Afterwards I also bought the cheeses and the wine. If you go to Assisi, I recommend you go also because it is immersed in the hills of the vineyards that can be visited.
