Viñedos y Bodegas Ribon is located on the left bank of Duero River in the town of Quintanilla de Onésimo, east of Valladolid. The winery was founded in 1995 by the Ribón Family and the winemaking techniques used in the winery have been passed down in the family through several generations. Presently, Jesús Alberto Ribón de la Fuente manages the cellar, the vineyards and acts as the head winemaker.

Exclusive Cultivation of Tempranillo Throughout 25 Hectares of Vineyards
Viñedos y Bodegas Ribon Winery owns about 25 hectares of land dedicated to growing grapes divided into two plots of land. They exclusively cultivate Tempranillo grape varieties which they use to produce all their wines. These grapes are processed in the cellar using traditional methods to produce some complex, refined, and flavorful, spicy red wines. Viñedos y Bodegas Ribon follows strict rules under the regulatory council during production of their wines, therefore all wines are classified as D.O. Ribera del Duero. These Tempranillo wines have depth and complexity in comparison to other regions growing this vines. The familiar character of the wine cellar, a cautious approach to production quantities, and a strict quality criterion in their vineyard are the identifying features of the winery. Respect for the fruit, with a careful and meticulous selection and a traditional approach in winemaking is the continual rule in the Ribón winery.
