Bergmannhof Winery is nestled at the base of the stunning Gantkofel/Macáion Massif in the renowned wine-growing region of Eppan an der Weinstraße/Appiano sulla Strada del Vino. Our family has been dedicated to grape cultivation on this estate since 1851, producing high-quality wines from our 5-hectare vineyard.

Our Grapes and Terroir

We cultivate a variety of grapes, including Lagrein, Chardonnay, Vernatsch, Merlot, Pinot Blanc, and Cabernet Franc, all thriving in the unique chalk gravel soil. The exceptional quality of our wines is a result of three generations of expertise, passion, and a commitment to sustainable practices. We prioritize minimal intervention in both the vineyard and cellar, allowing the natural characteristics of our grapes to shine through.
