The tasting includes five expressions of our Prosecco Superiore DOCG : a bottle-fermented Sui Lieviti , a sparkling Extra Brut , a balanced Brut , a smooth Extra Dry , and the exclusive Cartizze . Each wine will be paired with a cicchetto prepared with local seasonal products, highlighting the perfect combination of local flavors and its wines.

During the tasting, you'll enjoy panoramic views of our vineyards , surrounded by the beauty of the rolling Prosecco hills. The recently renovated wine tourism center, designed to reflect traditional Venetian rural architecture, offers an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect setting to learn about wine in the very place where it is produced.

This experience goes beyond a simple tasting: it's a sensory and cultural journey through the hills of Valdobbiadene DOCG . Each glass tells a different story about the land, its traditions, and its people. Led by our passionate staff, you'll discover curiosities, secrets, and anecdotes of a centuries-old winemaking legacy that continues to thrive today.

This family run winery was a great way for my wife and I to start our Prosecco trip. The owner and her son were incredibly accommodating, we had delicious Prosecco, very tasty snacks, and delightful conversation.

Meravigliosa esperienza,per un compleanno speciale in una località da sogno con la mia compagna Stella . Abbiamo voluto fare l'esperienza del vino nel casale,con visita alla cantina durante la vendemmia a contatto con i veri ARTISTI DEL VINO,coloro che lo portano ,lo coccolano e lo sorvegliano con amore e rispetto fino al risultato finale che ne certifica la bontà e la particolarità . Si respira passione ed entusiasmo sin dall'arrivo,i ragazzi si sono dimostati accoglienti e preparati ,e per tutta la durata della degustazione ci siamo sentiti coccolati . Torneremo sicuramente per riassaporare gusti e profumi di questa incantevole terra ❤️

If you’re looking for high-quality Prosecco at an incredibly fair price, Colline Guizzete is the place to go. As long-time Prosecco lovers with a refined palate, we were genuinely impressed by the elegance, balance, and freshness of the wines here. This is not your average tourist tasting – the Prosecco speaks for itself in terms of craftsmanship and terroir expression. The owners’ son speaks excellent English (along with several other languages), which made the experience smooth and enriching. He’s not only friendly and welcoming, but also highly knowledgeable – clearly someone who understands and loves what he does. We’ll be very happy to return. Highly recommended for those who appreciate authentic, high-quality Prosecco straight from the source.

A beautiful winery, met the owner Silvia, walked through the vineyards with Emanuelе, who later prepared us fantastic snacks to go with the wines. The highlight was the tasting of 6 magnificent wines performed by Lisa. Thank you for everything!

Ospitalità e accoglienza, attività a gestione famigliare, durante la degustazione si può ammirare un paesaggio suggestivo dalle grandi vetrate, varietà di vini ottimi per tutti i gusti.
