The estate is present on the site of one of Hunter Valley’s largest wineries, and all the wines are made here using modern technology and machinery. The winery is built on a hill that overlooks the vineyards and has stunning views of the Brokenback Mountains.

The Leung and Lee families bought the winery in 2016, but all the staff and winemakers remain unchained. The team is committed to the production of finest, premium wines reflective of the rich region. Grapes are sourced from the 17-acre vineyard of the Allandale and from the best vineyards of the nearby region. Chardonnay and Semillon come from the Flat Creek vineyards while Shiraz, Verdelho, and Sauvignon Blanc, etc. are sourced from the best local growers. The best grapes go into the production of their red, white, rose, sparkling, and dessert wines.
