Lodi Corazza

It was an amazing experience. The wines are very interesting and good. The owner is extremely nice, he made the wine tasting a true pleasure with his stories and comments. If I could I would go there again. Completely recommending it! From practical aspects: it’s easy to get there by bus/ train. If you pick bus, remember that this town is out of area Urbana and normal bus ticket from Bologna won’t work :)

THE GENTLE WINE After being welcomed by Silvia and Cesare, you will immerse yourself in the family's long winemaking tradition, tasting their proposals in a familiar and elegant place. Everything is excellent and I highly recommend their wines, but what I carry with me as an important human memory is the education, kindness, culture, knowledge and respect for the work of Silvia and Cesare. Good souls are precious and rare, the fruit of personal work like the best bottles of wine. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We visited Lodi Corazza from Bologna and it was well worth the visit. Tour of vineyard was really interesting and the wine tasting and accompanying food were fantastic. Grazie Sylvia

Took to train from Bologna €4.40 each return.Lovely impromptu visit . Having not pre booked anything, we were able to get a chilled bottle and glasses. Walk into the vines and relax for an hour or two . Beautiful experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic wine tasting with Silvia on the last day of our 4-day trip to Bologna. It was our trip highlight, and I’m so glad we went. Silvia was very responsive to our email enquiries, and we were lucky enough that she led our tour. She went above and beyond to translate everything to English for us. The wine was incredible and matched with the food perfectly. I would highly recommend visiting if you have the opportunity. Grazie mille, Silvia!

Our visit to Cantina Lodi Corazza was excellent. We booked the tour and tasting in advance. Silvia, the owner, was waiting for us and was very friendly and kind, guiding us through the fields and vineyards and showing us the winery and the production process. The tasting was very pleasant, with wines from the cantina (of excellent quality) as well as parmesan cheese and bolognese mortadella. We stayed in the center of Bologna, in via Irnerio, from where we took the regional bus to the winery - the arrival point is very close to the cantina and everything was very pleasant, like in a cozy Italian village. Family welcome, quality wines and also in bulk. The lady who welcomed us was very kind even though we hadn't booked a real tasting. I recommend it!

We passed during the 2021 harvest and spent the night in the vineyard with the camper. During the visit we bought several bottles one of "Corrado". Opened and tasted last night: a splendid wine with a wonderful aroma. I hope to pass by again on a future trip

We booked via e-mail, discussing with the owner. The experience of booking the visit was good. The possibility to get a 90 minutes experience to visit the vineyard, the winery and taste 3 wines with cold meats, cheese and bread specialty at 25 euros, even for 2 persons, was a fantastic deal. Ms Silvia held a very informative, natural and fun tour and we could learn about the DOC and DOCG wines they produce. The tasting itself was very good, high quality wines and the associated mortadella, salamo rosso and parmeggiano reggiano made everything perfect. We really enjoyed it and we are grateful!
