We will welcome you to the company and you will meet the Balbinot family, who will accompany you on this adventure to discover the world of “Le Manzane”.
The visit will begin with a walk in the "Vigneto Solidale" adjacent to the winery, you will learn the reason for this particular name and the characteristics of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The experience will continue with a walk in the underground cellar, where you will be amazed by the natural temperatures that we find inside the hill and the different production methods of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other native wines.
Once out of the cellar, there will be an explanation and viewing of the technological bottling plant.
To conclude, there will be a tasting of 3 wines of your choice, where you can savour the different sugary types and different soils of our area and of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG, all accompanied by local bakery products and cheeses or cured meats.
