Founded by Demetrio Stancati, the winery has been revitalizing its vineyards since 1995, focusing on the careful selection of indigenous grape varieties that have thrived on the estate for generations. Spanning 55 hectares, the property features 30 hectares of vineyards and 10 hectares of olive groves, all situated nearly 600 meters above sea level. The unique climate, characterized by significant day-night temperature variations, combined with granite sandy soil and southwest exposure, contributes to the exceptional quality of the wines produced here. The winery boasts a modern cellar equipped with advanced technology and a dedicated barrel room for aging, ensuring the highest standards in winemaking.

In every respect, the ideal place for a relaxing stay. Flaviano is an excellent host, always available and never intrusive, like his staff. Excellent food and exceptional wine. Not to mention the structure, a true paradise... thanks again for the wonderful experience

I would like to add to what Paola has already said that the professional level of the staff is very high and accurate, people who know how to take care of a unique and precious asset as if it were their own. A job well done in every little detail. You can feel continuity, serenity, refinement in everything, including the elegance in presenting themselves and speaking. A female staff worthy of 100 cum laude!

A magical place in an idyllic setting. Totally romantic isolation for 3 days in this Azienda winery high up in the mountains of Calabria. Fantastic welcome by the owner who speaks perfect French! The place is beautiful both by the nature that surrounds it and by the taste with which it has been decorated. Our dinner at sunset and then under the stars was delicious. We recommend it to all lovers of beautiful and good things.

We are two sisters and we are traveling the bike path of the parks of Calabria. We were welcomed in a fantastic way from the first phone call. Elegance, authenticity, fantastic wine. Spectacular view, room taken care of in the smallest details. Sincere kindness. Arriving after 73 km and 1,400 meters of positive altitude difference and finding paradise, fills the heart with positivity. Thank you very much for everything!
