Langa Astigiana’s Torelli
The Torelli business began when Luigi Torelli and Cresta Giuseppe bought two lands in Bubbio. In 1987, the decision was made to cultivate vines organically and reflect the true quality of the land in their wines. Currently, Gianfranco runs the estate and produces around 80,000 bottles of wine every year. Each bottle of wine reflects the family’s pride and love for the land where they are. The farm is on the San Grato hill, which also holds an old Romanic building.
In Langa Astigiana, Bubbio is a great hilly region where vine cultivation is going on for many centuries. The Roman wine amphora tells about the old traditions of winemaking here. For more than 27 years, they have been organic wine with organic-grown grapes. The work in the vineyards matters a lot because hard work and passion are needed to make the best wines. Throughout the year, one can see stunning natural views of the surroundings. Flora and fauna here are enchanting.
