Azienda Agricola Moro Rinaldini, Production of High-Quality Wines
In the foothills of Matilde, in the municipality of Sant’Ilario d’Enza, lies the Azienda Agricola Moro Rinaldini. The winery was established in the late sixties by Rinaldo Rinaldidi, the patriarch of the family. The aim of Azienda Agricola Moro Rinaldini is to produce high-quality wine and gain recognition nationally as well as internationally.
In the Winery Lambrusco Dominates Production
The grapes they use to make the wines are solely harvested from over 15 hectares of their own vineyards and their primary production is Lambrusco. They have multiple selections of red wines as well as a few white, rose and sparkling wines. Azienda Agricola Moro Rinaldini is built on family values as the newer generations of Rinaldi Family have taken the helm of the business. So, the daughter Paola Rinaldini manages the overall winery with the help of her husband and their son Luca taking over the responsibilities of the vineyards.
Perfect Harmony between Old and New
When the winery was established, the decision was made to preserve the ancient vines and through care and determination, the extinction of these vines have been prevented. In the present day, the winery makes use of modern technology and machinery to ensure the quality of wine produced is always high. The winery is an example of perfect harmony between the old and the new. Take a trip in the heart of Emilia Romagna and visit the beautiful Rinaldini cellars. The walls of these historical cellars have a lot of wonderful stories. Be a part of it and while you are there, don’t forget to try some delicious wines.
