Four generations of winemaking at Fasoli Gino
Fasoli Gino is the story of the Fasoli family that has a great history of winemaking in Verona and has been making wines since 1925 with immense passion and love got from four generations. Brothers Natalino and Amadio started organic viticulture in the 1980s and combine modern technology and innovation with traditional methods for making wines that reflect their rich history and amazing terroir. The family is associated with farming that can be seen through their care and love for grapes.
Organic viticulture at the winery
The entire process from the vineyards to the bottling of wines is carried out with total respect for the environment and terroir of the region through organic methods. They strive to minimize the effect of nature, and there is no use of chemical products to protect the vines and retain the natural fruity taste in their wines. All vineyards were converted to organic in 1986, while renovation of the original winery took place in 2015. There is a balance between man and nature, and it also allows the grapes and wines to retain nutrients.
