Four Generations of Winemaking at Fasoli Gino

Fasoli Gino represents the rich winemaking heritage of the Fasoli family, who have been crafting exceptional wines in Verona since 1925. With a deep-rooted passion for viticulture, brothers Natalino and Amadio embraced organic farming practices in the 1980s. They skillfully blend modern technology with traditional techniques to create wines that truly reflect the unique terroir of the region.

Commitment to Organic Viticulture

At Fasoli Gino, every step of the winemaking process is conducted with a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. The winery has been fully organic since 1986, ensuring that no chemical products are used in the vineyards. This approach not only protects the vines but also preserves the natural flavors and aromas of the grapes. The winery underwent renovations in 2015, enhancing its ability to maintain a harmonious balance between nature and winemaking.

Exceptional Wines from Veneto

The winery cultivates a variety of grapes, including Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Corvinone, Corvina, Merlot, Glera, Trebbiano, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fasoli Gino produces a diverse range of wines, from red and white to rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines. Notable offerings include the Prime Line, featuring Valpolicella DOCG and Ripasso Superiore DOC, as well as the Corte del Pozzo and Inconfondibili collections. Wine enthusiasts are invited to visit and savor the unique flavors of these traditional wines.

We had a great wine tasting with Marco and were able to try many good wines. Marco showed us the winery and the cellar and then explained the different wines and let us try them. Thank you for a great experience and have fun!

The experience alone is worth the visit. The wine tasting is personal and relaxed, like a visit with friends. It goes far beyond just hearing the facts about the wines. We'll be happy to come back and take a few bottles with us.
