At Monje Winery, our unique wines are crafted from Canary Island grape varieties, thriving in volcanic soils and free from phylloxera. This tasting experience promises to delight your senses as you learn about our winemaking process.
Your visit includes a guided tour of the winery, followed by a tasting of four exceptional wines paired with four artisanal cheeses. Start with a glass of Dragoblanco, a refreshing young white wine, perfectly complemented by a fresh goat cheese from Tenerife. Next, savor Hollera, a red wine made using carbonic maceration, paired with a smoky goat cheese from La Palma. Then, enjoy Monje Tradicional, a young red wine, alongside a semi-cured, peppery goat cheese from Fuerteventura. Finally, taste our Listán Negro, a barrel-aged red, paired with a rich cured cheese made from goat and sheep milk from Gran Canaria.
