2:00 p.m.: Pick-up

You will be picked up in front of the Hotel Le Bristol (address: 44 Cours Jean Jaurès 84000 Avignon) in my vehicle with a maximum of 7 seats, including the driver.

2:30 p.m.: Châteauneuf-du-Pape

The first winery you visit is located in the most famous appellation area of the southern Côtes du Rhône. You'll taste at least three Châteauneuf du Pape appellation wines, including the little-known white Châteauneuf du Pape, as well as the famous red that makes this wine famous. The winery you visit will be a historic family winery in the village.

3:45 p.m./4:00 p.m.: Gigondas or Séguret

The second winery visited, depending on availability, will be located either in Gigondas or Séguret (Côtes du Rhône Villages), both located at the foot of the majestic Dentelles de Montmirail. Gigondas, famous for its reds, has also been available in white since 2023 and in rosé, even if not all the wineries in the village produce these two colors which are much more confidential than the red. As for Séguret, in addition to the village being classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, its wines in all three colors are part of the Côtes du Rhône Villages, and the winery visited is a family estate, owned by the former Cellar Master of one of the most renowned wineries in Châteauneuf du Pape, who therefore possesses incomparable know-how.

4:45 p.m./5:00 p.m.: Beaumes de Venise

On the southern slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail lies Beaumes de Venise, a village renowned for its Vin Doux Naturel, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise. The winery visited is a family estate with deep roots in the village and offers Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, an AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) since 1943, as well as the red wine, which became an AOP (Protected Designation of Origin) in 2005.
