Accommodating up to 14 guests, the villa features 2 superior suites (60 m²), 2 junior suites (35 m²), and 3 double bedrooms (30 m²), all equipped with private bathrooms and luxurious king-size beds. The spacious layout spans two levels, providing ample indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany year-round.

The modern kitchen, adorned with a magnificent round arch, opens into a bright dining room, perfect for gatherings. Step outside to a charming pergola that invites you to savor meals al fresco while surrounded by nature. The upper floor features a cozy reading room with a fireplace, while a fully equipped laundry room adds convenience. The expansive garden, filled with olive trees, aromatic herbs, and flowering shrubs, creates a serene atmosphere. Relax by the pool, unwind under the hydromassage jets, or lounge on the lush green grass that envelops the villa.
