Quintessential Limited Production, Family Winery Tommaso is one of the younger generation of the Cimarelli winery, and he conducted our tour and tasting. The home and winery overlooks about 4 hectares of the total 10 upon which they grow their grapes (Verdicchio on the slope by the winery and Verdicchio and Montepulciano on the slopes in a nearby district). The rolling hills and grapevines could have come right out of a movie. Tommaso was utterly charming and extremely patient with our virtual lack of Italian.
