Angélique , your guide was born in Epernay, in the heart of the Champagne cradle where the maternity was called Auban-Moet and where the children received a drop of Champagne as soon as they were born. Such a baptism opens a way of life, so I chose to reach the chalk hills to work there and develop a certain sensitivity to nature and the vine.
