The history of OUR project: Vitigni Irpini is a project for the tourist promotion of the territory with dedicated tours and exclusive services to guarantee, together with the wine producers, the quality of hospitality; the same quality of the excellence that the producers produce by letting us taste unique wines. Vitigni Irpini is always growing, a volcano full of ideas always oriented with love towards the territory, where Michele and Antonella with professionalism and "soul" build customer loyalty. Vitigni Irpini believes in union with and between producers, and it is for this reason that from a professional feeling, based on trust, respect, dialogue and comparison, the Vitigni Irpini project was born...HAPPINESS IS REAL ONLY IF SHARED! Irpinia: It is a green land with breathtaking views for those who love nature and the countryside. Irpinia has been called the Ireland of Italy, by others the Switzerland of Southern Italy, for its natural beauty, beautiful villages and breathtaking landscapes nestled in the mountains. Irpinia is a land rich in cultural and gastronomic traditions, and according to our visitors it is an authentic, truthful, fantastic and genuine territory. Irpinia is the first area in Southern Italy to have been granted D.O.C.G. status in 1993 with Taurasi, in 2003 with Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo; it is still the first to boast three D.O.C.G. and D.O.C. wines: Aglianico, Campi Taurasini and Coda di Volpe. In 2020 the Irpinia whites 'Fiano di Avellino' and 'Greco di Tufo' reached another milestone with the possibility of adding the words 'Riserva' on the label.
