We are a couple working as state-licensed tour guides: Denitsa and Arnaud. We created the brand Bordeaux Uncovered to help visitors discover the best that Bordeaux and its region has to offer. We live within the city of Saint-Emilion (so we're true locals). We worked in various wineries then we decided to offer the highest quality of what we've learned and discovered here.
Meet the dynamic duo behind Bordeaux Uncovered—husband and wife Arnaud and Denitsa.
Arnaud, a French native and Denitsa, who hails from Bulgaria, bring a unique blend of cultures to the heart of Bordeaux. A decade ago, Denitsa fell in love with French culture and decided to make France her home, eventually becoming a licensed tour guide.
Both Arnaud and Denitsa hold the title of Guide-conférencier reflecting their expertise in history and languages. As professional state-licensed guides, they share a passion for unraveling the rich Bordeaux's heritage.
Currently residing in the picturesque village of Saint-Émilion, their journey has taken them from the vibrant city of Bordeaux to the tranquil beauty of their current home.
