During this tour made up for groups up to 15 people you will visit the "Museo della Civiltà del Primitivo" and taste four type of wine produced by Produttori Vini di Manduria paired with local dishes of the traditional cousine: taralli, salami, cheese, cranu stampatu (traditional paesant dish made by grain sauteed in EVO oil seasoned with onion) and cupeta (honey and almonds crumble).
