It is pure pleasure for me to show my guests the origin of these special wines and to introduce them to the secrets of winemaking. As a former hotel manager and Director of Food & Beverage, I know the art of upscale guest service and look forward to every individual request of my discerning guests. In addition to my training as a federally certified hotelier and restaurateur, my many years of professional experience in the top hotel industry, I hold a higher diploma from the WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust Level 3) and continuously attend further training courses on the subject of wine and sensory analysis. My mother tongue is German - I am also fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish. Let yourself be spoilt with other Graubünden specialities such as cheese and dried meat or a local meal and combine your tour as you wish with a hike, e-bike ride or visit to spring water gorges or castles.
