Energetic, cheerful, adventurous, creative, dreamy and insatiable for learning new things are some of the characteristics that define me as a person. As a professional, I am dedicated, responsible, demanding, versatile and very attentive to detail. My journey in the hotel industry began in 2014, where I have since combined technical knowledge with practical application. After working in hotels all over the country, completing a Master's degree in Hotel Management, a WSET in Wines and providing training in schools and companies in the sector, I decided it was time to pursue my dream - to open my own company.

My name is Hugo Silva and I am the founder of Green Odyssey Tours.

I created this project because it allows me to combine what I love doing most: meeting new people and learning from them while showing them my region.

I love what I do and it is an honor to be able to show people the region where I grew up, combining gastronomic, wine and nature experiences.

After all, there is nothing better than getting to know a region through its food, wines and natural landscapes!

The tours I have designed are intended to allow people to enjoy themselves in an authentic, relaxed and carefree way, allowing them to absorb as much of the region as possible in a single day.
