Kevin has been a bartender and sommelier for 8 years and has been trained to excel through his professional experiences, which have taken him from Sydney to Vancouver before bringing him back to France.

Kevin matured his project and mixed his talents until he decided to put his shakers and wine glasses in the Vaucluse, in the heart of the Luberon, to develop and share his passion.
