Below the Schwanberg lies a dreamy little village called Rödelsee. Hidden in the Franconian Triassic lies a treasure that you can discover and enjoy together with me. Immerse yourself in the wealth of knowledge of our ancestors and experience new taste sensations.

A special experience is my walk-in sundial in my herb garden. Your own shadow reveals the true local time.. Or rather look back in time and learn more about the nine-year-old child witch Barbara Ankenblank from Rödelsee in 1616.

You can also drink a glass of wine in the here and now, then you've come to the right place.

If you wish, the tour can end with a winegrower of your choice. You have the opportunity to get to know the handwriting of the winemaker and to exchange ideas on site.
