I am the most pasionate wine lover about my region Montilla-Moriles. Also, I am the only person in Spain that holds the Diploma for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust ( previous step to be Master of Wine) and also, the Diploma for the International Asociation of Sommeliers. I was the Best Sommelier for the whole Andalusia in 2022 and 2023. I am also, expert and embassador certified of Malaga Wines, and Condado de Huelva Wines, Cava and Valpolicella ( Italy) . With the rest of my team, we create amazing food pairings, superclub dinner parties, visit the vineyard, visit the Dehesa to see the Iberic Ham, always match pairing with the wines. Everything about the local food and wines. Put on the side we specialist about the cocktails with our wines and also, with the vinagar tasting. We really love the Amontillado o´clock!
