I am a certified Cape Sommelière (Cape Wine Academy) and Cap Classique (Méthode Traditionelle/MCC) is my greatest passion. That is why I have made it my mission to bring you, all Bubbly enthusiasts/lovers, closer to the very finest Cap Classiques from the Western Cape. Join me for a one-of-a-kind, private event at a beautiful location in the Cape Winelands or at the Westcoast. Accompanied and guided by me. We only taste Cap Classiques (traditional method), various vintages/non-vintages, blanc de blancs and Rosé.
