There's no point in taking a guest that enjoys an excellent full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon to Germany, it doesn't make sense. That is what I fight against. I also try to take my guests to areas that are not common to the local wine tourism industry. The areas are quite some distance from Cape Town, that's why I need at least 48hrs to plan. Some guests would book me for different days cause they want to experience other areas, it all depends on how much time you have.
