Algarve Gourmet is a family-run company dedicated to creating authentic gastronomic and cultural experiences in the Algarve. Our experiences combine traditional Algarvian cuisine, regional wines, nature, culture, and music, offering visitors a genuine way to discover the territory through its flavours and stories. All experiences take place in an open kitchen, in a show cooking format, where dishes are prepared live using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, inspired by Algarvian tradition and the principles of the Mediterranean diet. The Algarve Gourmet venue offers a panoramic view over the vineyard, creating a peaceful and luminous atmosphere that follows the natural rhythm of the day. In addition to gastronomy, the experiences may include the discovery of regional products, contact with local producers, cultural visits, and moments of live traditional Portuguese music, strengthening the connection between visitors and the cultural identity of the region. Among our signature products, the Algarve Salami stands out, made with carob, almond, and salted caramel — an original creation inspired by emblematic ingredients of the region.
