Originally from London, Sean is an experienced wine guide who has lived in some of Europe’s coolest wine regions. In particular, Sean loves to combine wine education with learning about the historic, beautiful and gastronomic towns and villages of the Languedoc, so beloved of artists and writers throughout the years. Sean can conduct tours in English, French and German, and is always on the lookout for a rare or surprising bottle: current favourites are the Terret, Marselan and Lledoner Pulet grape varieties!

Currently studying for the WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wine, Sean is an expert on most wines but particularly those of Languedoc-Roussillon. His speciality is tours of the cities and towns, tasting many of the region’s stunning and intriguing wines, while explaining the astonishing history, cuisine and terroir that created them. Sean believes that discovering these wines at the same time as tasting the local produce, listening to the legends and gazing at the wonderful art and architecture is the full sensory experience that makes for an unforgettable wine tour.
