Our company was founded in 2023 by two seasoned tour guides who finally said, "Enough is enough." After years of watching travelers get herded like cattle into packed buses and dropped at tourist traps, we set out to build something better. My name is Stefano, and I’m the co-founder of Abroads Tours, which I launched in 2023 with my good friend and fellow guide, Oleg. I live in Milan, I’ve been a certified tour guide since 2019, and I started this company for one reason: I was tired of seeing visitors come to Italy and leave with only half the story.

Look, I love this country. I love its art, its history, and yes—of course—its food and wine. But I also love rock music, live concerts, and getting off the beaten path to find the things most tourists never see.
