Trouvas [trouvàs], or tourvas [trourvàs], or dorvas [dorvàs]: originally, a cloth backpack used by the peasants to carry their food in various tasks.

In our case, trouvàs stands for more than just a backpack.

It represents the means of carrying the essentials in our various activities. Inside it encloses the clean water of the spring, with which we quenched our thirst during our hiking or cycling, the unique flavors that emerged in our gastronomic workshops, and every sound of Greek tradition.
