Discover our wine country in Valencia! Departing from the center of Valencia every Saturday at 9 AM, this guided, private or small group, full-day all-inclusive tour takes you to the vineyards in the Utiel Requena winemaking area and Designation of Origin.
The WSET Level 3 or Level 4 (Diploma) Certified sommelier and wine expert will take you to visit 2 wineries with wine tastings that include 4 wines sampling at each winery with snacks. You will also get to taste some local sausages, stroll around the old town of Requena, and have a hearty lunch in a family-run local restaurant.
The tour includes a visit to a historical site where you can learn about the winemaking origins in the region and afterwards a visit to a family owned estate will enable you to get a vision of different wine styles produced in the area.
Landscapes, vineyards, wineries, good wine, and nice food – all the necessary ingredients for a comfortable day trip!

Excellent tour with Valeria
This was a wonderful tour, and Valeria is wonderful. The tastings were great, and we got to go inside of the ancient caves where the Romans and Moors made the wine . Valencia has a long tradition of wine making that we learned about. Highly recommend.

Surprising and interesting tour
With a group of 5 we very much enjoyed this tour accompanied by very experienced tour guide Paulius. Paulius told us everything about the history and actual tradition of wine making in this relatively unknown area. Paulius really let us taste interesting wines, different in character and presented a good show case of the wines in the area. Paulius is relaxed and also very experienced so highly recommended, as goes for the tour as well! We ended the tour with a lovely traditional Spanish lunch in a lovely traditional Spanish restaurant.
