PETERC VINEYARD ESTATE IS MORE THAN A LUXURY VILLA, IT IS A LIFESTYLE

  • All-in-One Luxury Base: You won’t need a travel planner or separate advisor — Peterc’s concierge provides tailored planning, bookings, and insider access.
  • Genuine Local Immersion: Experiences grounded in the terroir — olive oil tastings, Brda wine estates, local gastronomy — but delivered in a high-end, curated fashion.
  • Stress-Free Logistics: From pre-arrival grocery provisioning to private driver services and chef bookings, everything is handled for YOU.
  • Tailored to You: Whether you are a foodie, a wine lover, an adventurer, or someone looking for rest — the experience menu is completely customizable.
  • Hidden Gems & Local Secrets: The villa’s “local network” unlocks places and experiences that are off the usual tourist routes but offer high authenticity and refinement.
  • Flexibility: you can mix active days (e-bike, rafting, flying) with calm days (olive grove tasting, picnic, yoga) in one seamless stay.

Why Peterc Vineyard Estate Is One-of-a-Kind

Because it is not offering “a stay”—
it is offering a moment of life lived beautifully,
where guests rediscover time, taste, connection, and themselves.

Peterc is not a product or a picture you see.
It is a philosophy of hospitality where each guest becomes the center of a world temporarily created just for them.

This is why it holds 1 Michelin Key—
and why it naturally whispers in the direction:
what it offers cannot be copied, scaled, or standardized.
It can only be crafted—patiently, intimately, and with heart.

This is Peterc Vineyard Estate.
A luxury experience not made for everyone,
but made perfectly for the one who arrives.

A literary short story about a vineyard, a journey, and the quiet rebirth of a traveler

You will not remember the exact moment the idea first appeared—only that it came softly, like a question whispered to you by someone you trusted long ago: When was the last time you truly tasted your own life?

And that was how the journey began.

WHY

You did not choose Peterc Vineyard Estate the way one chooses hotels or holiday rentals.
You chose it the way one chooses a refuge.

Because there comes a time—somewhere between responsibility and routine—when the soul begins to wilt, quietly, like vines that haven’t seen the sun. You didn’t need a vacation; vacations are interruptions. You needed a place that restores something.

Friends spoke of Peterc not as a destination but as a presence.
“A vineyard with a heartbeat,” someone said.
“A home that feels like it remembers you,” said another.

You looked at the pictures, yes. The elegant villa nestled among vines that stretch toward the horizon, the hills folding gently like pages of an ancient book, the warm, golden hush that settles over the estate at dusk. But these were only surface truths.

What called to you was the promise beneath:
that you wouldn’t simply stay there—
you would belong there, even if briefly.

At Peterc Vineyard Estate, they say you come not to rent a home, but to step into a lifestyle woven from slow mornings, honest food, laughter carried by open windows, and an elegance so deep it feels like kindness.

HOW

The drive was simple—ninety unhurried minutes from Venice,
though distance is hardly measured in minutes when you are preparing to shed a whole layer of yourself.

As the city retreated behind you, something curious happened: the landscape seemed to inhale, and you with it. The road curled into quiet villages and rows of vines that glowed like threads of emerald silk.

A sign pointed toward a modest village atop the vineyards.
You turned.

And the estate rose before you—
not grand, not boastful—
but with the understated grace of something that has nothing to prove. Its white walls kissed by sunlight. Terraces that smell of rosemary.

Your hosts Milena & Uroš greeted you not with formality, but with the kind of smile reserved for people expected, not booked. A glass of local wine appeared in your hand before you had time to set down your bags.

You were shown the villa:
luxury in its purest form—quiet, intentional, generous.
Windows that frame vineyards like living paintings.
Bathrooms that feel like sanctuaries.
Beds that cradle you, not because they are expensive, but because someone chose them with care.

You realized then:
This was not hospitality.
This was something gentler, older—
a gesture, a welcome, a breath.

WHEN

People will tell you to come in spring, when the vines awaken and the hills shimmer with new green, when all the fruit trees are blooming and their fragrant smell fills the air, so sweet that you can almoust taste the fruit already. And yes, that season is a poem.

Others insist on summer, when the vineyard hums with life and days stretch long and wine flows freely under the open sky. The Adriatic Sea is just a glimpse and a 30min drive form the estate and a day at the beach is all you wanted. You might even rent a boat and spent a day at sea, drinking Peterc sparkling and smiling with the sun.

Some prefer the autumn, when the harvest turns the estate into a living heartbeat, and every gust of wind carries the scent of ripe fruit and celebration. A time for wine festivals and autumn treasures like chestnuts, olives and persimmon fruit, wich you yan pick from a tree.

Winter is quiet—
the kind of quiet in which a person can hear themselves clearly for the first time in years. A time to read a book with a glass of Peterc wine, around an outdoor fire, with a blanket and the good company of yourself, your love, friends or family.

But here is the truth:
You come to Peterc Vineyard Estate when your life tells you it is time.
When you crave beauty without spectacle.
When you long for stillness that is not empty but full.
When you want a home that opens its arms rather than its doors.
When you are ready not just to sleep, but to dream again.

We had the most incredible honeymoon at Peterc. The setting is gorgeous, the food and wine outstanding, but what sets it truly apart are the hosts. From the moment we arrived, their generosity, humour and attention to detail shone through. This is genuinely the nicest boutique hotel we've ever been to. Thank you so much! We can highly recommend the picnic in the vineyard at sunset and exploring the waterfalls nearby!

This is really the best overnight stay I've ever had! We were here on September 14, 2023. We wanted to treat ourselves to a particularly luxurious overnight stay. The owners are very nice and personal. When they took us to our room, we were allowed to choose which scent (lavender or mint) we wanted to spray on our bed linen. The room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, you couldn't have dinner at this place. When we told them what we were looking for in terms of a restaurant, we were given great advice. So we ended up in a family restaurant just across the border from Italy. When we returned to this place, the owner was ready to find a nice spot for us with a good glass of wine. In the morning we were well looked after and you could order a lot from the kitchen. A delicious omelette was prepared for us. We said goodbye to the host and were already going to our car. Until the owner's wife ran after us because she wanted to thank us and say goodbye. We both got a big hug and she waved goodbye. The reason I still think back to that sleepover is because my boyfriend and I are still quite young for a sleepover like that. Often times, people don't take you seriously, but here you are really welcomed with open arms and make sure you have a great experience.♥️

We are about to check out and together with my wife, we are very sad because of this. We had an amazing period here during our honeymoon. We felt really spoiled by the owners. They are simply amazing due to their care and attentiveness for their guests. They also arranged a bike tour with a picnic for us organised by a local bike rental. Everything was amazing. Their pool with the view is just perfect. We already started to reflect when we could come back🥰 and before I forget...the breakfast is delicious with local freshly products and the best omlette I ever had was served here! I eat eggs every single morning for 33 years and never tasted something like this! Thank you for the amazing chef brought here to cook for your guests!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Peterc Vineyard Resort. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. They are incredibly kind and genuinely care about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. The breakfast, served until 12, was absolutely delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options that set the perfect tone for the day. And their wine—simply amazing! Every sip reflected the care and craftsmanship that goes into their vineyard. The entire property is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Everything here is just super nice! We can't wait to return and highly recommend this lovely resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.
