I organized a social trip that saw the vinegar factory as the first stop. EVERYONE present, regardless of age, was more than satisfied, Sofia was able to tell all the curiosities of her family's company and traditional balsamic vinegar without ever being heavy. You could feel all her passion, if you are in the area stop by, you won't regret it!

Welcomed and accompanied for a full two hours by the wonderful Greta on a journey through the vinegar cellar and its range of top-quality products—time truly flew by. The tasting that followed was excellent as well, allowing us to truly appreciate the differences between the various types of vinegar. Compliments to her and to the Malagoli family who invested in this dream!

We stayed at this property this weekend. Great place. The hostess was fantastic. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Then a series of wonders to look at. One of which was under a red sheet.... I highly recommend it.
