Upland – a Natural Wine Estate Upland Winery is a natural wine estate in Boland in the western Cape of South Africa. Mud bricks were used to build the original shed and farmhouse on the property in the nineteenth century. In recent years, each new generation has added much to the winery, thus creating the perfect mix of new and old architecture. Upland is a small QCS certified wine and fruit farm that produces organic wines, Grappa, and Brandy.
