A full immersion in Umbrian cuisine in the company of a selection of our wines sitting on the veranda of our cellar overlooking the vineyard.
The experience includes:
- Tasting of 4 organic wines from our cellar
- Bruschetta with our organic EVO olive oil
- A seasonal first course (tagliatelle or another fresh pasta dish)
- A small platter of Umbrian cold cuts and cheeses
- Dry biscuits paired with Sagrantino Passito DOCG, for a sweet ending
