This was a lovely private experience. Everyone was so thoughtful and knowledgeable, they are actually in the wine business not just tour guides. The wines were truly delicious and stood up to some of the best from around the world. We particularly enjoyed the rose and red wines. Also this was our first time learning about grafting which was very interesting as well.

The truth is that we visited the winery almost a year ago, but I can corroborate the rest of the comments. The owners themselves tell you what they do, and that means reaching a very interesting level of detail. We really enjoyed the visit, the wines and above all the treatment received. It is a modern and small winery, but no less interesting for that reason. If you have doubts or curiosity about any step in winemaking, from planting the vine to bottling it, they will clarify them for you first-hand. Actually their main business is the vine nursery, and I was fascinated by the degree of innovation they have. If you go, ask how the nursery works, since, really, that is the first step in the production of great wines, and it is something that you will not discover in any other winery. If we return to the area, don't hesitate that we will stop by to say hello and stock up!
