Wine tasting and tour at Clementi

Visitors to the Clementi winery are given a unique experience to discover traditional winemaking and wines in the heart of Valpolicella Classico. After a look at the grapevines and a walk through the fields visitors can move on to the winery and learn about the various wines produced on the estate. During this time the winemaker will explain the winemaking process that is followed, from the grapes to the bottle. The tasting experiences includes the tasting of four wines, accompanied by local salami and cheeses that will conclude the tour. The total duration of the tour is an hour and a half to two hours during which a range of red wines can be tasted. The tour includes access to the vineyards, winery, cellar and tasting room.
