Visiting Cave Kouroum was truly one of the most beautiful winery experiences I ever had. From the moment I stepped into the cave, I was enveloped in the aroma of grapes. The guided tour was led by knowledgeable, passionate and friendly staff. One highlight of the tour is the underground cellar, where rows of oak barrels and tanks line the chambers. Their exceptional wines are a must! If you're looking for a destination that perfectly captures the essence of Lebanese winemaking at its finest, you know where to go!

Visiting this winery in Lebanon was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and treated to a fantastic day of wine exploration. The staff provided thorough explanations about their wines, and the tasting experience was exceptional. We left with several bottles to enjoy with friends. I highly recommend this winery to anyone looking for a memorable wine tasting experience in Lebanon

Absolutely loved this place. Visited the winery the first time with my friend Andrew from Australia, my sister in Law and my brother Joe. And the second time went with another friend of mine, Wayne, also from Australia and my brother Joe. Andrew and Wayne were visiting Lebanon for the first time and absolutely loved Cave Kouroum. During the first visit, Karen took us on a tour around the Winery and also took care of the wine tasting. On the second visit, we also had the company of Karim during both the tour and tasting. In short, the wines from Cave Kouroum provide exceptional value for money and are very well made. The stand outs for me were The 2012 Syrah (Well balanced and elegant Syrah. Fruity with a touch of Spice), Ambrosia(Crazy complex blend of 6 different varieties that was oaked for 4 years if i recall correctly) and Blanc Perle (Hopefully I got the name right. This is Karen's first wine if my memory serves me right! Aromatic, fresh with a dry finish , perfect for a hot summer night). 7 Cepages was very nice too but i found it too acidic for my taste buds as it probably needs food... It was my brother Joe's favorite red. The Rose was also good but a bit different from your average Rose. A little bit too pungent with the tanins but that is a plus in my books. A big surprise to me was also the Red Sweet wine which I generally dislike but really liked this one as it had a good level of alcohol and wasn't too sweet and had a very nice aroma of Rosewater! Also, the Arak was of exceptional quality just like the wines. Really enjoyed Cave Kourom and my only issue is that i can't buy their wines in Australia lol Hopefully that will change in the future and in the mean time i will enjoy the few bottles I managed to bring back home with me. Safe to say that Cave Kouroum has a very bright future ahead under the leadership of Karen and Karim. Both were extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Really good to see such young talent leading the way in the Lebanese wine industry. An absolute must visit if you are in Lebanon.
